My definition of a healthy 'Lifestyle' is built on the following components. Coordinated body movement, precise technique, smart nutritional habits, result-oriented mindset. Initially, I'm here to make you feel comfortable with the idea that mind and body need openness, cooperation. As a health instructor, I am willing to assist and share with my team, in the best possible way, the knowledge, and experience gained over the years, along with the spirit needed for the desired outcome. Maintenance is the cornerstone of the whole process, which presupposes a commitment to oneself, excitement, as well as support and encouragement from those around us. I am ready to prepare you step-by-step for any challenge!

Brief Resume

Graduate - Department of Physical Education and Sports Science (class of 2012) of the University of Thessaly with a 10-year professional experience. In 2018, Sotiris completed his Master's degree at the Department of Physical Education, Sports & Medicine at the University of Thessaly. From a young age, he's intensely involved with sports, while he has been taking part in basketball and swimming competitions with many local and pan-Hellenic distinctions. His career as a fitness trainer started back in 2009, while he attends classes at the School of Physical Education & Sport Science. He has worked for several prestigious fitness centers in Athens and has participated in numerous athletic initiations in central Greece. He strongly recommends physical activity specifically for kids and eldrely. The field of expertise extends to outdoor activities, as well.  Interested individuals can easily enjoy extreme sports such as skiing, swimming, cross-training, ping pong, javelin, weightlifting.

Depending on the condition of physical shape, each client receives a personalized training program, that includes fitness maintenance exercises, core strengthening workout routine. It is essential for the client, to attend our suggested nutritional counseling session aiming to encourage healthy eating habits. Excited to work with children and adults, whilst treatment for overweight individuals, diabetics, and vegetarians is also provided. It is strongly recommended, in severe health cases, for the participants that they bring a medical diagnosis for the best possible result.
